Rules for using the Clinqoo platform: accounts, site publishing, AI features, prohibited content, and limitation of liability.
This document governs the use of Clinqoo services by all users. Last updated: 14 September 2026.
1. Definitions
"Clinqoo" is a platform that allows users to build, edit, and publish websites directly from the browser, including workspace features, templates, GitHub & Cloudflare integration, digital wallet, and AI assistant. "User" means any person who accesses or uses Clinqoo, whether without an account (visitor) or with an account (member).
2. Account & Security
- You must provide accurate data when registering and keep your account credentials confidential.
- All activity through your account is deemed performed by you. Immediately report to muzawwied@gmail.com if you notice unrecognized access.
- We may limit or disable accounts showing suspicious activity, quota abuse, or violation of this document.
- Long-inactive accounts may be deleted after email notice.
3. Site Publishing Service
- Sites you create are published via deploy paths (GitHub/Cloudflare Pages or similar). You are fully responsible for the content of sites you publish.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or third-party failures (hosting, DNS, repository) may affect site availability.
- Custom domains, access settings, and deploy configuration are under your control; configuration errors outside our technical control are not our responsibility.
- We may stop publishing sites that violate Indonesian law or this document.
4. AI Features (Clinqoo AI & Agent Mode)
- AI output is assistive/advisory. Verify all code, text, and AI results before publishing; we do not guarantee error-free AI output.
- AI feature use is subject to daily quota per package. Attempts to bypass quota (multi-account, automation, manipulation) may result in restriction or account closure.
- Do not enter secrets, credentials, or third-party personal data into AI features.
5. Prohibited Content
You are strictly prohibited from creating, publishing, or storing on Clinqoo content related to:
- Online gambling in any form, money laundering, or fraud schemes (including investment scams and ponzi);
- Narcotics, psychotropics, and prohibited substances;
- Trade in illegal goods/services, document forgery, or intellectual property violations;
- Pornography and child exploitation;
- Hate speech, incitement, or content threatening the safety of others;
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to damage systems.
Violations result in content removal and/or permanent account blocking, and may be reported to authorities.
6. Balance, Quota & Payment
- Clinqoo balance is prepaid and used for paid services within the platform (e.g. AI quota, premium services).
- Balance top-up is done via QRIS with third-party payment providers. Payment confirmation is automatic via digitally signed webhooks.
- Details of fees, methods, and refunds are set out in the Payment Policy.
7. Community
- Community features may only be used for healthy, relevant, and respectful interaction with other users.
- We may remove posts/comments containing spam, hate speech, illegal promotion, or prohibited content.
8. Ownership & Content License
- Your content remains yours. By publishing through Clinqoo, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the service.
- Clinqoo logo, name, and interface are our property and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Clinqoo is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost revenue, or disputes between users and third parties. Our maximum liability equals the value you paid to Clinqoo in the last 6 (six) months.
10. Changes to Service & Documents
We may update features, quotas, prices, or this document. Important changes are announced in the platform or by email. Continued use of Clinqoo after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Termination
You may stop at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate access for serious violations or payment arrears. Remaining balance that qualifies under the Payment Policy may be requested for refund.
12. Governing Law
This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved amicably, and if not reached, through competent Indonesian courts. Users must comply with the ITE Law, PDP Law, and their implementing regulations.
