Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This document explains the data Clinqoo collects and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27/2022). Last updated: 14 September 2026.

Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), optional profile photo, and preference settings.
• Usage data: projects you create, workspace files, chat history, top-up activity, and technical logs (IP, device type, access time).
• Payment data: amount and status of top-up transactions. We do not store card/payment credentials — QRIS payments are processed by third-party providers.
• Data you send to AI features: conversation/code content is processed to generate answers and, when needed, forwarded to AI model providers.

How We Use Data

• To run and personalize the service (account, projects, wallet, quota).
• To process payments and prevent quota abuse/fraud.
• To send important notifications related to account and service.
• To improve product quality based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Sharing with Third Parties

Data is shared only as necessary with:

• Hosting & database providers (Cloudflare, GitHub) to store and publish sites;
• QRIS payment providers to verify transactions;
• AI model providers to process AI feature requests.

Each is processed only for its function, and we do not allow them to use your data for other purposes.

Storage & Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with limited access. We apply token authentication, digital signature verification on payment webhooks, and encryption in transit (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure; promptly report to muzawwied@gmail.com if you find a vulnerability.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days, except transaction data required by regulation (maximum 5 years) in anonymized form.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

• View, correct, or delete your personal data yourself via the account page.
• Request a copy or deletion of all data related to your account by emailing muzawwied@gmail.com (processed within max. 14 working days).
• Withdraw consent for certain processing, with the consequence that related features cannot operate.

Children's Privacy

Clinqoo is not intended for children under 13. If we find children's data without parental/guardian consent, we delete it.
